Cancellation Policy

Please review

•Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time — full refund of any deposit.
•Late cancellation within 24 hours of pickup is charged at 50% of the quoted fare.
•Last-minute cancellation within 3 hours of pickup, or a no-show, is charged at 100% of the quoted fare plus any incurred wait time.
•Airport pickups include a 60-minute grace period after wheels-down; complimentary wait time of 15 minutes applies to all other pickups. Additional wait is billed at the hourly rate.
•Changes to date, time or itinerary are accommodated when possible at no fee if requested 24+ hours in advance.
